Če uporabimo pšenične rezance in ne riževih, jih je najbolje posebej skuhati po navodilih proizvajalca in že skuhane dodati k zelenjavi).</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">• Bučo narežemo na koščke in stresemo v lonec. Prelijemo s slabim decilitrom vode in na srednje močnem ognju pokrito dušimo približno 15 minut, da se zmehča. Nato dodamo sojino smetano, posolimo po okusu in s paličnim mešalnikom ali v blenderju zmeljemo v gladek pire.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">• V drugem loncu v sojinem mleku raztopimo jušno kocko, dodamo nadrobljen tofu (nadrobimo ga v blenderju ali pa narežemo na koščke in zdrobimo s prsti) in špinačo. Po okusu popopramo s sveže mletim poprom. Kuhamo na srednje močnem ognju, dokler se zamrznjena špinača ne odtali. Če uporabimo svežo špinačo, najprej 5 minut kuhamo samo tofu in špinačo dodamo šele kasneje. Kuhamo tako dolgo, da špinača oveni. Vmes večkrat premešamo.</span></div>

Ko čebula postekleni, dodamo narezan listnati ohrovt in kuhano čičeriko. Na visoki temperaturi med stalnim mešanjem pečemo tako dolgo, da ohrovt oveni.</span></div>

Ves čas mešamo - zelenjava in rič se morata peči in ne dušiti. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">• Na sredini v moko naredimo jamico, vanjo naložimo margarinio, preko stresemo (ali nadrobimo) kvas in sladkor ter prelijemo s 4 dcl toplega (ne vročega!) sojinega mleka. Pustimo stati 10-15 minut.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">• Ko kvas naraste, pričnemo mešati od sredine navzven in zamesimo testo (po potrebi dodamo še malenkost sojinega mleka). Razdelimo ga na tri hlebčke, pokrijemo s kuhinjsko krpo in pustimo vzhajati 20 minut.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">• Medtem pripravimo nadev. Pol litra sojinega mleka segrejemo do vretja. Ko je vroče, a še ne vre, dodamo nalomljeno čokolado in mešamo, da se raztopi. Nato dodamo mleti mak in vanili sladkor in privedemo do vretja. Med mešanjem na nizki temperaturi kuhamo 2 do 3 minute. Če je masa pregosta, da bi se dala lepo mešati, dodamo še 1 dcl mleka. Naposled odstavimo z ognja in vmešamo še rum.</span></div>

Rob premažemo z margarino, nato štruce eno poleg druge zložimo v pomaščen (ali s papirjem za peko obložen) pekač. Pri tem vsako štruco ob straneh in po vrhu premažemo z margarino.</span></div>

V ponvi segrejemo 1 žlico olja, nato po dnu ponve enakomerno porazdelimo ¾ zajemalke mase (ponev nagibamo, da se masa porazdeli po celotni površini dna). Pečemo npribližno 2 minuti. Ko se palačinka odlepi od dna ponve, jo obrnemo, in spečemo še na drugi strani (približno 1 minuto). Postopek ponavljamo, dokler ne porabimo vse mase.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">• Sestavine za nadev dobro premešamo, nato z nadevom premažemo palačinke, jih zvijemo in položimo eno zraven druge v pomaščen pekač.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">• Segrejemo pečico in uporabimo nastavitev "gril". Papriko prerežemo na pol in ji odstranimo semena. Nato jo z zunanjo stranjo navzgor pečemo pod grilom, da počrni. Tedaj jo vzamemo iz pečice in pustimo, da se nekoliko ohladi. Potem jo skupaj z ostalimi sestavinami za preliv z mešalnikom zmeljemo v tekočo maso.</span></div>

Z ročnim mešalnikom (ali še bolje - s paličnim mešalnikom z balonastim nastavkom za stepanje) stepamo nekaj minut oz. dokler aquafaba ne postane belkasta in njen volumen znatno naraste. Takrat dodamo še sladkor in stepamo, da se ta raztopi, pena pa postane zelo gosta in ne teče več (četudi bi skledo obrnili na glavo). </span></div>

Če želimo, da je pecivo sočno, najprej 4 žlice marmelade zmešamo s 4 žlicami vode in premažemo pecivo. Ko se ta prvi, tekoči premaz vpije v biskvit, ga premažemo še z nerazredčeno marmelado.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">• Naposled na pari stopimo čokolado: nalomimo jo v skodelico, ki jo postavimo nad vročo vodo in mešamo, da se popolnoma raztopi. Čokolado še vročo prelijemo čez pecivo. Poskrbimo, da seže od roba do roba peciva (pomagamo si z nožem ali s silikonsko spatulo). Nič hudega, če tu in tam skozi čokoladni premaz pokuka malo marmelade.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">• Ko je čokolada še tekoča, z zobotrebcem zarišemo vzporedne črte po celi dolžini peciva. Črte naj bodo približno 2 cm narazen, in vse naj potekajo v isti smeri. Nato med narisanimi črtami potegnemo še črte v obratni smeri.</span></div>

Preden ga razrežemo, počakamo, da se čokolada strdi (pomagalo bo, če ga vsaj za nekaj časa postavimo v hladilnik).</span></div>

Uporabimo le lupine, s katerih smo postrgali notranjo belo plast. Lahko uporabimo sveže, lahko pa tudi delno posušene (se pravi takšne, ki so na kandiranje čakale nekaj dni).</span></div>

Vodo odlijemo in postopek še enkrat ponovimo.</span></div>

Ta količina zadošča za kandiranje lupine treh grenivk - po potrebi količino zmanjšamo ali povečamo. Ko zavre, dodamo lupine agrumov. Na majhnem ognju počasi vremo 60-90 minut, da lupine postanejo prosojne. Tedaj so nared.</span></div>
<span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">• Kandirane lupine lahko s sirupom vred shranimo v kozarcu za vlaganje, lahko pa jih odcedimo, narežemo na trakce in posušimo na rešetki, nato pa povaljamo v sladkorju. </span><br />
